Early in the morning on Sunday 31st August 2003, Ro Ro gave birth to a healthy baby girl! The baby has now been named Hsiao-Ning, which means "peaceful sunrise". Ro Ro's pregnancy and Hsiao-Ning's birth are featured on the new series of Monkey Business starting 15h February 2004 (Sundays at 5:50pm on ITV Meridian).
We have just updated the Twycross Zoo page with the latest info on the orangs there.
